Oprah's furious with Dr. Phil

Uh oh ... Dr. Phil has incurred the wrath of Oprah Winfrey, the National Enquirer reports. An insider says that the TV shrink ticked off the Queen of Talk by not apologizing about his meeting with Britney Spears.
